- Determine your reason for building, are you building to live in your dream home and for how long or are you building to flip or even rent?
- Where to build and the type of house. If you are building to live in your home on a long term basis there are many criteria to consider.
Example 2a. Family do you have special family needs, if you have children how old are they is there a school bus on route to schools. 2b. Transportation how easy is it for your children or your self to commute back and forth to school & work. What about shopping, do you have a vehicle are shopping areas close or on a bus route? always ask your sales rep about location certain areas have restrictions on types of homes and sizes..
